Where can I get my order?
You can receive it at the address you indicated as the "shipping address" at the time of your order (home, office, etc.).
How does the shipment take place?
Deliveries are made by TNT from Monday to Friday.

It is not possible to choose the time or day of delivery so it is advisable to indicate an address where someone is always present on weekdays. If the courier does not find anyone at the address provided, make a second attempt. In the event that the customer is not available in either of the two attempts, he has the opportunity, within 10 days, to collect the package at the nearest post office. After that the package returns to our warehouses.
During the purchase phase, in the shipping screen, please fill in the "address" field precisely, indicating: street, house number, location, post code. and telephone number.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from Monday.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
The shipment is made the day after the order is completed and the delivery is made within 5 days.
Shipping times also depend on the availability of the chosen garment.
If the items ordered are available in the central warehouse, the goods will be delivered within 7 working days from the time of order. Alternatively Mangano provides for the retrieval of the same at the peripheral warehouses extending the delivery times up to 14 days. In the rare event that any kind of misunderstanding should occur and the ordered garments are unfortunately not available, the customer will be notified within 5 working days from the date of the order and, in case of payment by credit card, refunded in the most short time possible. In any case, the Customer Service will inform you by e-mail or telephone.
Although T & APES cannot guarantee punctuality, all goods are delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of confirmation of receipt of the purchase.
In periods of sales and other peaks, times could expand.
Can I check the status of the order?
Yes. As soon as the package is delivered to the courier, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment. Subsequently, once the package has been collected by the courier, you will receive the tracking number of your order directly from TNT. You will be informed step by step in case of: wrong address, absent recipient and deposit stop.
You can check the position of your package at any time by entering the tracking number in the dedicated TNT area.
