HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM
If you want to change size or are not satisfied with the garment you ordered, no problem!
You have 14 working days from receipt of the goods to notify us that you want to return the product.
You can request a size change or a refund of the products ordered in a single solution.
Only one return is allowed for each item and no return requests will be authorized for items received as a replacement.
To make the return you simply have to:
send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating name, surname, items to be returned and the desired compensation: size change, color change or refund;
fill in the form inside the box in all its fields;
insert the form in the package and send it via a courier of your choice / Poste Italiane to the address: T & APES SR - VIA TRIUMPLINA 80 - 25123 BRESCIA (ITALY)
The only expenses to be incurred are those of returning the purchased products.
Once your return has been received, T & APES reserves thirty (30) days to provide for the replacement, refund or size change. In case of unavailability of the requested size, we will contact you as soon as possible
Only return requests that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
that the items and packaging are in their original condition
that the items have not been washed or used;
that the items have the original label;
In the event that an item does not meet one of the listed requirements, you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund. In this case, the returned item will be returned to you, with the shipping costs at your expense.
Logistics will not accept packages sent by T & APES. Return shipping costs (except for errors attributable to the company) are charged to the customer.
The refund will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the package, via PayPal or X-Pay for payment by credit card or by bank transfer for cash on delivery.
DREAMLIFE will not make any refunds until it has received the product in question and verified its conditions; once the status of the garment has been verified by the Quality Office, the administration will activate the reimbursement procedures.
