Where is my order
To see the shipping status of your order you can continue in two ways:

Go to the menu My Account > Orders > Select the order.
After opening the order on the top will appear a Track button, if clicked it will refer you to the shipping page and show you where the order is located.

On any page you find, you can go down to the bottom and find the link Order Tracking where you enter the required data. Once compiled will be at the top of the page a Track button, if clicked will refer you to the shipping page and will show you where the order is located.
Payment by credit card
Through the PayPal circuit you can easily pay with your favorite credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Carta Prepagata PayPal, Postepay, Carta Aura. Paying by credit card is absolutely safe because the communications between our site and PayPal are encrypted and untraceable you can also pay by logging into your PayPal account. If you don’t have one yet, you will create it before completing your order. FOR CASH PAYMENT ON DELIVERY PLEASE SEE THE INFORMATIONS BELOW.
Cash payment on delivery
Choosing payment on delivery, you will pay the exact amount in cash to the courier when he delivers the order to you. The courier doesn’t have the possibility to give the rest, we recommend to prepare the total amount of the exact order in cash. We don’t accept checks. It’s not possible to use this mode for orders with a total amount over 999 euros. This type of payment includes an additional cost of 8 euros, clearly indicated before the order is completed.
How can I return an item
If you want to change size or you aren’t satisfied with the item that you ordered, there’s no problem!
You have 14 working days from receipt of the goods to inform us that you want to return the product. You can request the change size or the refund of the products ordered in a single solution.
You are only allowed to make one return for each item and will not be allowed return requests for items received as a replacement.
To make the return you simply have to:

Send an e-mail to info@manganoshop.com, indicating name, surname, items intended to be returned and the desired compensation: size change, colour change or refund;

Complete the form in the box in all its fields;

The only expenses to be incurred are those of return of the purchased products.
Once you have received your return, DREAMLIFE reserves thirty (30) days to provide replacement, refund or size change. In case of unavailability of the size requested, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Only return requests that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
- That the articles and packaging are in their original condition;
- The articles have not been washed or used;
- That the articles have an original label;
In case that an item doesn’t meet one of the listed requirements, you will not be entitled to replacement or refund. In this case the returned item will be returned to you, with the costs related to the shipment at your expense.
Logistics will not accept packages shipped at the expense of DREAMLIFE. The return shipping costs (except errors attributable to the company) are charged to the customer.
The refund will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the package, via PayPal or X-Pay for payment by credit card or bank transfer for payment on delivery.
Mangano will not make any refund until it has received the product in question and has verified the conditions of the same; once verified the status of the head by the Quality Office, the administration will activate the refund practices.

Shipping
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address you have indicated as “shipping address” at the time of your order (home, office, etc…)
How does the shipment take place?
Deliveries in Italy take place by SDA-POSTE ITALIANE from Monday to Friday.
It’s possible to track your order entering the shipping code on the site: www.poste.it
It’s not possible, choose the time and day of shipping so, it’s recommended enter an address where there’s always someone during weekdays. If the courier doesn’t find anyone at the address provided, they make a second attempt. If the customer is not available in either of the two attempts has the possibility, within 10 days, to pick up the order at the nearest post office. Then the package goes back to our warehouses.
At the time of purchase, in the shipping screen, please carefully fill in the "address" field: street, number, locality, cap. and telephone number. Payment by cash on delivery, implies a cost of 8 euros.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from Monday.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
The shipment is made the day after the completion of the order and the delivery is made within 24h.
Shipping times also depend on the availability of the item chosen.
If the items ordered are available in the central warehouse, the goods will be delivered within 3 working days from the time of order. As an alternative Mangano provides for the retrieval of the same at the peripheral warehouses lengthening the delivery time up to 7 days. In the rare case in which some problems of any nature were to occur and the garments ordered unfortunately should not be available, the customer will be notified within 5 working days from the date of the order and, in case of payment by Credit Card, reimbursed as soon as possible. In any case, the Customer Service will inform you by e-mail or phone. Even if DREAMLIFE cannot guarantee punctuality, all the goods are delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of confirmation of receipt of the purchase.
In periods of sales and other peaks, times may expand.
Can I check the order status?
Yes, you can. When the order will be delivered to the courier, you will recieve an e-mail to confirm you your shipping. Then, once you have picked up the package from the courier, you will receive directly from SDA, the tracking number of your order. You will be informed step by step in case of: wrong address, missing recipient and no deposit.
You can check the position of your parcel at any time by entering the tracking number in the dedicated area of SDA.
